When deciding on what to wear for your cherry blossom family photos, it’s important to keep in mind that during full bloom, the flowers are soft pink. They aren’t too bright and bold, and their soft color in nature is the perfect backdrop for all sessions.
Neutral Cool Tones
Find outfits that are neutral and have cool tones. Think whites, beige, pinks, soft pastel blues, and pastel lavenders. You don’t want any bright colors like neon red or neon orange. Try to avoid deep, dark colors like black or dark purple. Keep your colors soft and pastel-like to complement those cool pink cherry blossom tones!
Minimal Patterns
Since we are wanting to take full advantage of the gorgeous cherry blossoms, try to avoid any large, harsh patterns. Stay away from bold graphic tees or outfits with large logos. Minimal patterns, solid pastel colors, and soft, small logos will work best!

This family absolutely crushed their outfits for their family session! It definitely helps that their Mama is a photographer, LOL. Nonetheless, their outfits were SO cute and perfectly complemented the cherry blossoms.
