Children & Immediate Family members may participate in our family session. If you have 8 or more immediate family members participating (parents and children combined) I recommend booking TWO tree farm time slots to ensure enough time. Or Consider booking a family session separately.

Yes, dogs are allowed but you are responsible for cleaning up after them and they MUST stay on a leash.

If the weather is uncooperative for our Oct. 20,21,& 22nd Tree farm sessions the backup dates are October 27,28,29th. you would keep the same time slot and same day. For example if you we scheduled for Saturday Oct. 21st at 4pm. You would move to Saturday Oct. 28th at 4pm. but we will confirm that all when the time comes.

Your Tree Farm, Santa, or Studio Christmas session will uploaded to view in an online gallery within 8-14 days after our session to select your favorites. Additional images will be available to purchase $690 for ALL  & includes 8×8 album, $400 for 5 additional digitals or $90 for 1 digital file. ALL images will be completely edited and you will select your favorite digital files from an online gallery.

Please let me know as soon as possible! I understand sometimes things are out of our control, I will do my best to work with you to reschedule. Unfortunately, due to the nature of these sessions there may not be any availability with Santa or at the Tree Farm to reschedule. If you are unable to attend due to illness or scheduling conflicts I will try my best to fill your time slot. There are NO grace periods, sessions will be back-to-back with very limited time in-between for breaks and pushing your time back would mean taking time from another family. If you arrive 5 minutes late, then your session is 5 minutes less. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to be sure to find parking.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE SALE THERE ARE NO REFUND AND SESSIONS ARE NONTRANSFERABLE. APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 72 HOUR NOTICE WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY $100 RE-BOOKING FEE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IN ORDER TO CONTINUE TO BOOK OTHER SERVICES WITH ME. WHEN YOU FORGET TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT(S) WITHOUT GIVING ENOUGH NOTICE, I NOT ONLY MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME, BUT THE OPPORTUNITY FOR OTHER GUESTS ON THE WAITING LIST TO RECEIVE SERVICES. I KNOW IT’S EASY TO FORGET ABOUT APPOINTMENTS BOOKED IN ADVANCE. MY SCHEDULING SYSTEM WILL EMAIL YOU AN APPOINTMENT ITINERARY AT BOOKING TIME AS WELL AS A MESSAGE REMINDER 7 DAYS AND 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Please AVOID NEON, bright busy patterns or graphic shirts with words. If you need help finding outfits I would love to help! I have a never ending list of places to look for outfits that work well with my brand and style of shooting. Choosing a color palette for your family is EVERYTHING. Refer to the color wheels I’ve included in each session description and reach out for any help! 

l would love to see cozy sweaters, henley’s, dark jeans, mens/boys dress shoes, dresses, knee high socks on the babies, cute winter hats or scarfs to accessorize, rompers, fur vests, overalls, suspenders etc… If you’re shooting outside —-> layers, layers, layers!! Please plan for warm or cold weather –we are in the mountains so it can be warm the first few sessions and the last sessions get chilly.
