Santa & Tree Farm Sessions 2022
For the 2022 Holiday Season there are 3 different Session options. Each has its own calendar/scheduler to select your time slot on and reserve your session. Experience a private and intimate setting with you and your children this Christmas season with Norma Fayak Photography!
This year’s Santa theme in my Northern Virginia Studio is “Classic Christmas”, right in the heart of Historic Occoquan, Virginia. The backdrops I’ve ordered are barnwood walls with a window and red curtains and a brown barn wood floor, I’ll have a large Christmas tree decorated with toy props and presents all around the tree. Santa will be sitting in a chair this year and the kiddos can sit on his lap or gather around at his feet. Every year I do a different setup and I’m super excited to get started on this one!!!! The Tree farm will Take place at Snickers Gap Christmas Tree Farm, I’ll have seating blankets, everyone loves the snow machine so I’ll be bringing it back 🙂

We will have Christmas stories in the studio, cookies and soft music playing in the background. tend to be a child-led photographer, and that means that if a child is enjoying a part of the session we might spend more time there and less on others, I try to redirect onto the next thing, but also want them to explore their curiosity and ask questions and feel apart of the session too, that feels more genuine, and I love that!!!

1. OPTION #1 *NEW* limited session this year is the “Santa Experience”! This is for those looking for an *extra* special experience your child(ren). I was trying to think of the perfect experience that *I* would have LOVED as a child.. I think I nailed it 😉 !!

- -One 25 minute session
- -Receive a Letter in the mail From Santa inviting child(ren) for milk & cookies Prior to Session
- -Signed book from Santa
- -Milk & Cookies with Santa in the Studio
- -Help Santa Find your Child(ren)’s Name on the Official Nice list with Santa
- -Nice List Certificate
- -Ornament (Handmade by Small Business Artist)
- -5 digital Images of your choice from your session
- -Option to add extra digital files or printed products separately
- Immediate family ONLY (Childs grandparents welcome)
- You do not have to use Santa
**No age requirement but I recommend Child(ren) to be 3 or 4 years old, or whenever you feel they understand who Santa is 🙂
**Images will be ready to view in on-line gallery within 10 days.

Yes, however, I have other session options available if you’d like more time at the Tree farm. I may also have additional dates available if you don’t see what you’re looking feel, text me 703-220-5088 or send me an email to info@normafayakphotography.com
Children & Immediate Family members may participate in our family session. If you have 8 or more immediate family members participating (parents and children combined) I recommend booking TWO tree farm time slots to ensure enough time. Or Consider booking a family session separately.
Yes, dogs are allowed but you are responsible for cleaning up after them and they MUST stay on a leash.
If the weather is uncooperative our backup dates are November 12th and 13th.
Your tree farm or Santa session will uploaded to view in an online gallery within 10 days to select your favorites. Additional images will be available to purchase $690 for ALL & includes 8×8 album, $400 for 5 additional digitals or $90 for 1 digital file. ALL for Images will be completely edited and you will select your files online.
Please let me know as soon as possible! I understand sometimes things are out of our control, I will do my best to work with you to reschedule. Unfortunately, due to the nature of these sessions there may not be any availability with Santa or at the Tree Farm. We may be able to use the setup in the studio or put the payment amount towards a future session. There are NO grace periods, sessions will be back-to-back with very limited time in-between for breaks and pushing your time back would mean taking time from another family. If you arrive 5 minutes late, then your session is 5 minutes less. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to be sure to find parking.
APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 72 HOUR NOTICE WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY $100 RE-BOOKING FEE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND IN ORDER TO CONTINUE TO BOOK OTHER SERVICES WITH ME. WHEN YOU FORGET TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT(S) WITHOUT GIVING ENOUGH NOTICE, I NOT ONLY MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME, BUT THE OPPORTUNITY FOR OTHER GUESTS ON OUR WAITING LIST TO RECEIVE SERVICES. I KNOW IT’S EASY TO FORGET ABOUT APPOINTMENTS BOOKED IN ADVANCE SO MY SCHEDULING SYSTEM WILL EMAIL YOU AN APPOINTMENT ITINERARY AT BOOKING TIME AS WELL AS A MESSAGE REMINDER 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Try to AVOID NEON, bright busy patterns or graphic shirts with words, l would love to see sweaters, henley’s, dark jeans, mens/boys dress shoes, dresses, knee high socks on the babies, cute winter hats or scarfs, dress in layers for outside weather!
In the studio feel free to get dressed up or throw the kids in some cute classic pajamas, this years studio setup is “indoors” backdrop- I prefer a plain no logo pajama, something special, you could even dress them as elf on the shelf elves 🙂
